Over Ireen
Ireen begon haar carrière in 2009 bij De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, waar zij zich in vijf jaar specialiseerde in het arbeids- en medezeggenschapsrecht. Aansluitend heeft Ireen twee jaar bij een advocatenkantoor gespecialiseerd in arbeidsrecht gewerkt.
In 2015 verhuisde zij naar Curaçao en startte zij haar eigen advies- en advocatenpraktijk. Sindsdien werkt Ireen voor verschillende opdrachtgevers en in die hoedanigheid is zij ook verbonden aan AMS Advocaten. Ireen is ook actief als mediator.
Gespecialiseerd in arbeidsrecht
Ireen heeft ruime ervaring in alle facetten van het arbeidsrecht. Zo begeleidt zij grote reorganisaties, staat zij werknemers bij in allerhande arbeidsconflicten en adviseert ze over thema’s zoals concurrentiebedingen, wijziging van arbeidsvoorwaarden, medezeggenschap en beëindiging van de arbeidsrelatie, waaronder ook ontslag van (statutair) bestuurders. Ireen is betrokken en zal haar best doen om tot een gedragen oplossing te komen.
